Sponsors
Sponsors are the foundation of the Bedouin Heritage Project just as our team of volunteers is the backbone. BHP is entirely funded by individual and corporate contributions. In addition to monetary contributions, sponsors provide equipment, logistical, communication and distribution support.
The Bedouin Heritage Project (“BHP”) offers sponsors an ideal vehicle for:
- positive public relations with regard to the Middle East without political consequences;
- support for an important world heritage initiative;
- alignment with market trends that award ecologically and culturally sensitive companies; and
- visibility across Europe and the Middle East.

BHP Corporate Sponsors
Corporate Sponsors benefit from a positive image supporting and respecting the cultures of the middle east without the political implications that many modernism projects might carry. The ‘Green’ principles of the Wadi Rum project reinforce corporate sponsors’ commitment to helping the world’s ecology while safeguarding a world heritage.
BHP Individual Supporters
Individuals and small groups can help BHP in many ways. In order to maintain a zero-impact ecological policy, BHP has an ongoing need for carbon credits and alternative energy power sources for the equipment in the field. Individual Scholorships for interns allow BHP to offer young aspiring photojournalists, ethnographers and videographers an opportunity to work in the field.
