As part of the first phase of fieldwork in Wadi Rum, the Bedouin Heritage Project has amassed a media library of over 12,000 photos, 25 hours of video and numerous audio recordings. These form the foundation of a Cultural Inventory and are expected to grow significantly over the course of this project.
The Library is open to the public for viewing and in many cases videos and slide shows can be embedded into 3rd party websites to promote the work of BHP, create greater awareness of the Bedu Culture and provide interesting, dynamic content for publishers.
All work is available for licensing by publishers, producers and editors for guidebook, commercial video, entertainment or royalty free stock use. Money raised from licensing helps support the work of BHP and may be tax deductible for the purchaser. For more information on licensing contact abouzeid@bedouinheritage.org.
